If you asked me what I’m good at in life, my answer would be “doing things.” No, for real, I was actually given a “doer” award (along with some other hilarious superlatives) through my sorority when I was in college.

And I’m DEFINITELY not saying that I’m the best at all of the things (no where close!) but I thoroughly enjoy balancing a plate full of tasks, gettin’ shit done and infusing self-care throughout.

But I’d be lying if I said it was always this way. For a long time, I had unhealthy and uninspiring habits and my days pretty much just consisted of commuting to work… working… sleeping… and repeating.

I quickly realized that this was damaging to every aspect of my life: my health, my relationships, my creativity, my career and most importantly, my overall wellbeing.

Over the course of a few months, I completely revamped my routines, defined my goals and what’s important to me, and finally created a day-to-day life that inspires, motivates and captivates me.

And now I want you to do the same.
