15 Goals to Set This Fall

At the beginning of a new season, one of my favorite things to do is make a list of goals to work towards. I think it’s super important to set measurable, inspiring goals for ourselves often – it gives us something to work towards and something to feel great about once we turn it into a habit. So today, I’m sharing a few ideas for goals to set this season – you can use these as inspiration for your own goals you’d like to set! Be sure to write down a few things you’d like to accomplish before the end of the season and stay tuned next week for an exciting goal-setting workshop with me.

LIFESTYLE GOALS:

-       Wake up an hour earlier on weekdays

-       Make the bed first thing every morning

-       Read an inspiring book

-       Plan a fun trip with your significant other or best friends

-       Don’t check your phone until an hour after waking up

HEALTH GOALS:

-       Drink at least 64 ounces of water every day

-       Exercise three times a week

-       Test out five new recipes from Pinterest

-       Start each morning with a 10-minute stretch

-       Pack a healthy lunch every day for work

STYLE/BEAUTY GOALS:

-       Wash makeup brushes every other week

-       Plan out a week’s worth of outfits every Sunday night

-       Find a skincare routine that works wonders for you

-       Organize your closet/makeup/shoes and accessories

-       Go a month without using hot tools on your hair
